We have a monitoring system in which we can monitor the proper temperature inside the mould and tells us when and if a product has "baked" well. With this we repeatedly are able to produce high-end technical products over and over again. Because of these constant measurings and ideal circumstances the physical properties of the product also can be guaranteed.
Products can also be certified under our management. This can be, for example, for a UN certification. At this moment Dragon Plastics produces some products which are provided with such a mark and which are being audited on this. Another certification that also is used regularly is the UL (Underwriters Laboratories) standard. This indicates to what level a product is flame retardant or even inflammable.
