For several years Dragon Plastics produces different kind of beer coolers. An example is the SE38. A beer cooler fully produced from polyethylene. After the production of this double walled product, the walls are filled with Polyurethane foam. This is done internally at Dragon Plastics.
The goal of this product is to save time and money at the assembly line. By means of integrating some assembly features in the mould and rotate them into the product the total assembly time has been reduced from 180 to 30 minutes. Besides that it has become a much better looking product.
